Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Tech-Enabled Services to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance our banking services, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of fintech trends, digital banking, and the integration of technology with traditional banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for tech-enabled services, aligning with the bank's overall goals and vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for technology integration to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.
Digital Transformation:
- Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, blockchain, and advanced analytics, to modernize banking services.
- Drive the adoption of digital platforms and tools to improve client engagement and streamline processes.
Innovation and Product Development:
- Spearhead the development of new tech-enabled products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our elite clientele.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and IT teams to design, develop, and launch innovative solutions.
Client Experience Enhancement:
- Utilize technology to personalize and enhance the client experience, ensuring seamless interactions across digital and physical channels.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful tech-enabled services and solutions.
- Deep knowledge of fintech trends, digital banking platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
