We have been engaged to fill a Managing Director of Software Investment Banking with a global bank in San Francisco. The firm does large cap cross-border M&A and Capital Markets. The bank is a large commercial bank with a robust and healthy balance sheet. The Managing Director will report to the Global Head of Technology Banking based out of San Francisco.

 

The candidate will have:

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including significant success in the software field
• Compelling subject matter expertise
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior staff
• Relationships with relevant strategics and private equity buyers of software companies
• Willingness to travel
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or an MBA
• FINRA Series 7,63 and 79 certifications
