Position Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished Managing Director to lead our Tech-Enabled Services and White-Collar Business Services coverage within our Investment Banking division. This senior-level position is responsible for origination, relationship management, and M&A execution across a broad spectrum of high-growth service businesses that leverage technology to drive operational scale, efficiency, and differentiation.

Key Responsibilities
Origination & CoverageLead strategic coverage of founder-led businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and corporate clients across the tech-enabled services spectrum.
Drive the origination of sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory mandates, leveraging industry insights and an existing network of C-level and investor relationships.
Identify emerging themes, disruptive technologies, and inorganic growth trends within the sector to proactively advise clients.
Oversee and manage the execution of complex M&A and capital raising transactions, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients across every phase of the deal lifecycle.
Lead negotiations, marketing processes, financial analysis, and diligence coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with other senior bankers, capital markets teams, and sponsors to deliver integrated client solutions.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of bankers across the Associate, VP, and Director levels.
Partner with firm leadership to refine the go-to-market strategy for the Tech-Enabled Services vertical.
Represent the firm externally through conferences, panels, and thought leadership in the business services space.
Qualifications
12+ years of relevant investment banking experience, with a strong track record of M&A transaction leadership in business services, tech-enabled platforms, or vertical SaaS.
Demonstrated ability to originate and close deals in the $100M–$1B+ enterprise value range.
Strong relationships with private equity sponsors, growth investors, and founder-led businesses within the sector.
Exceptional client management, presentation, and execution capabilities.
Strategic thinker with deep sector knowledge and the ability to generate original ideas and perspectives.
