Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deal Origination and Execution:

    • Lead the origination and execution of M&A transactions, debt, and equity capital raises for clients in the semiconductor industry.
    • Manage all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, financial modeling, and preparation of pitch books.
    • Structure complex transactions and negotiate deal terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including semiconductor companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.
    • Advise clients on strategic financial decisions, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital structuring.
  3. Market and Industry Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth research on the semiconductor industry, tracking trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
    • Provide clients with insights into industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact their business.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Supervise and mentor junior team members, including analysts and associates, providing guidance on project tasks and career development.
    • Manage team workflows to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client services and deal materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7-10 years in investment banking, preferably with a focus on technology or industrials, including semiconductors.
  • Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring expertise.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of semiconductor markets, including trends in AI, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics.
  • Educational Background: A degree in finance, economics, or engineering is preferred, with an MBA or CFA as a plus.
