Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate / Senior Associate to join our team. This role will focus on supporting all aspects of the investment process—from deal sourcing and diligence to execution and ongoing portfolio management—as well as maintaining strong relationships with our LPs. The ideal candidate is analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to take on responsibility in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Analysis & Diligence

    • Conduct financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking for prospective investments.

    • Support preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal and LP review.

    • Coordinate and manage third-party diligence processes (legal, financial, technical, etc.).

  • Deal Execution

    • Assist in structuring transactions, drafting term sheets, and managing closing processes.

    • Collaborate with management teams and advisors throughout negotiations.

    • Track and report on portfolio company performance post-investment.

  • Investor Relations (IR)

    • Help prepare LP updates, fundraising materials, and quarterly reporting.

    • Maintain ongoing communication with existing LPs, ensuring transparency and responsiveness.

    • Assist with capital calls, distributions, and fundraising processes for new SPVs.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or growth equity.

  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences.

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a lean, collaborative environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) a plus but not required.
