Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to their team. Pay is between $55-65k DOE.

What you will do

• Oversee the entire accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Manage and mentor the AP team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and develop skills.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations, minimizing errors and preventing fraud.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies, negotiate terms, and maintain positive relationships.
• Analyze and optimize accounts payable workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing automation solutions to increase efficiency.
