Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-known company that is looking to add an Intellectual Property Specialist to its team! Compensation for this role is $50k - 60k! 

Skills you need / What you'll do:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of experience and education
• 2 or more years of intellectual property or similar paralegal experience
• Understanding of patent and trademark intellectual property, including proficiency with Patent Center, TSDR, TEAS, and WIPO
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Assist with all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution, including communicating with attorneys, drafting and filing various related documents, reviewing and analysis of office actions, and docketing and review of deadlines.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates regarding deadlines and filings.
• Manage and organize patent and trademark files and dockets as well as other corporate and legal files.
• Provide general support to intellectual property attorneys and other members of the legal team as needed.
