Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Clerk to their team. Pay is $50,000.00 to $55,000.00. This position is a direct hire position and hybrid! 

About the role:

• Knowledge of computer systems used by accounting (JDE or ERP systems)
• Opening and closing a daily and weekly cash receipts batch and reconcile cash receipts journal on a daily and weekly basis.
• Receive daily invoices, Reconcile sales journal, review daily shipments report for accuracy.
• Process new customer set-up and credit limit requests..
• Design and maintain key metrics and month-end reporting.
