Hartwig Staffing is partnered with an Oklahoma City company that is looking to add a Recruiter to its team. Compensation on this role is $60-70k DOE. 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of recruiting or HR experience in a regulated work environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and improvement.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with technical requirements, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and define position requirements.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to meet both immediate and long-term staffing needs.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment functions to promote the employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
