Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a local company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Controller to their team. Compensation for this role is up to $90k.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA is highly preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting functions and practices.
  • Ensure financial transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting practices.
  • Analyze cash flow and trends.
  • Manage risk management plan.
  • Review financial statements and provide feedback to program directors.
  • Maintain system of controls for monthly closing procedures.
  • Assist with budget preparation and presentation.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and pension payments.
  • Provide financial education and consultation to staff.
  • Coordinate annual audit process.
