Job Title: Identity Access and Management Administrator
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract to Hire
Pay: $50,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Access Specialist with a strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing technology access forms, ensuring that employees have the necessary credentials and training to access specific systems and applications. This position is critical for maintaining compliance with security and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process technology access requests, ensuring that employees are granted proper system access
• Review and audit documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with employees to ensure completion of required training before access is granted
• Handle changes in leadership, names, or roles to update system access
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve access issues
• Manage a queue of access forms and requests, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency

Basic IT Knowledge Required:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of network hardware such as routers and switches
• General knowledge of how switches work in a network

Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a high-compliance, audit-focused environment
• Willingness to undergo training to enhance knowledge of internal systems and procedures

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Rotating hybrid schedule (1 week WFH every 5 weeks)

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check, including a credit check and drug screen, due to the nature of the position.
