Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add an Payroll Specialist to their team. Pay is between $75,000 - 85,000.

What you will do

• Processes payrolls, including taxes and 401k
• Responds to payroll inquiries
• Prepares various payroll reports
• Responsible for the coordination efforts between Human Resources, Payroll and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data
• In conjunction with Human Resources, Finance and Operations Management, maintains and executes payroll files per company policies
• Responsible for the timely filings of all state and federal reports and payments
• Handles administration of the electronic timekeeping system
• Monitors submissions of approved timesheets, ensuring valid data transfers to and from payroll
