Account Executive

Our client is looking to hire an Account Executive to accelerate their revenue growth. This role is important to the company as they fuel their ambitious expansion plans in North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on the company’s platform in order to demonstrate the value of their product to the individual needs and interests of their varied client base
  • New business generation - proactively identifying, prospecting and closing new accounts through a robust sales process with key decision makers in a specific territory
  • Full responsibility for an annual quota, with a view to exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Take full ownership of tracking account engagement, growth metrics and keeping the company’s Salesforce CRM system up to date
  • Facilitate post-sales handover calls and activities with Customer Success teams
  • Be a brand ambassador in everything you do 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years sales experience with B2B SaaS solutions, with a proven track record in prospecting and closing enterprise level accounts
  • Experience carrying a significant annual quota of $500k+ with successful annual campaigns. You're used to average deal sizes in excess of $20k+
  • Exceptional business acumen, time management and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Previous sales methodology training and application
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM is beneficial
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and towards revenue deadlines
