Large and growing E-commerce company in Borough Park is seeking a Yiddish-speaking and experienced Director of Sales.

The scope of this role covers managing the purchasing, online sales, product knowledge and overall sales departments.

The ideal candidate should have:

LMA - Motivational skills, delegation skills, the ability to motivate and lead a team and Initiate drive and enthusiasm.
Strategic projecting skills - Analytical skills, good planning, predicting and reporting knowledge.
Extensive eCommerce & market knowledge.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation skills.

Hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm

Fridays: 7:45am-11:45am (Winter)/ 9am - 1pm (Summer)

Salary: 150K + Benefits

Compensation: 150K
