Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 annually + Commission

Role Overview

The Junior Sales & Marketing Associate is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to build a career in sales, business development, and marketing within a fast-paced InsureTech environment.

This position has a strong emphasis on sales, including lead generation, outreach, and pipeline development, while also supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and inbound opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales (Primary Focus)

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
  • Support closing activities and client onboarding processes

Marketing Support

  • Assist with campaign execution across email, digital, and social media channels
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Help develop messaging and outreach strategies
  • Support content creation and lead generation initiatives

Client Engagement

  • Maintain professional communication with prospective clients
  • Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials
  • Support relationship-building efforts with key stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
