We’re looking for a smart, motivated early-career Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate who loves writing, storytelling, and creating polished materials — and who is excited to use AI tools to work faster and smarter.

You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for strong thinkers and communicators who can learn quickly and produce high-quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help create and maintain a wide range of marketing and communications materials, including:

• PowerPoint presentations and sales decks
• Brochures, one-pagers, and slick sheets
• Employee and customer welcome kits
• Press releases and written announcements
• Customer-facing notifications and system communications
• Light video content (scripts, narration support, basic edits)

You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and leadership teams to turn ideas into clear, professional, and engaging materials.

How AI Fits In

We actively encourage the use of AI tools to:

• Draft and refine content
• Speed up revisions
• Repurpose content across formats
• Improve consistency and quality

If you’re curious about AI and already experimenting with tools like AI writing assistants or design tools — that’s a big plus.

Who This Role Is For

• Recent graduates (or early-career professionals)
• Majors such as English, History, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar
• Strong writers and verbal communicators
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

Experience & Skills

• Strong writing and communication skills required
• Experience with PowerPoint or similar tools required
• Familiarity with AI tools for writing or design is a plus
• Design or video experience is helpful, but not required
• Portfolio is welcome but not mandatory
