We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing fire restoration, water damage restoration, and mold remediation services. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all restoration projects are completed to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Perform fire restoration services, including cleanup and deodorization.
- Conduct water damage restoration services, including drying and dehumidification.
- Remediate mold infestations, including cleaning and disinfecting.
- Perform asbestos abatement services, including removal and disposal.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, including hammers, saws, and drills.
- Utilize power tools, including wet/dry vacuums, blowers, and generators.
- Clean and restore carpet, upholstery, and other surfaces.
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged areas to determine the extent of damage.
- Develop and implement a plan for restoration and repair.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all restoration projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Document all restoration projects, including materials used and services provided.
