We are looking for a sales representative to join our team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers and develop relationships with doctors in the area.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to revenue growth. Applicants should have previous Sales Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and our overall market opportunity.

Duties

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct thorough territory management to maximize sales potential in assigned regions.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase overall sales volume.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client concerns and providing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using relevant software.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or outside sales environment.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent territory management abilities to effectively cover assigned areas.
  • Proficient in using software tools for tracking sales performance and managing customer data.
  • Exceptional upselling skills with the ability to identify additional needs of customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and driven.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clientele.
