EZ-Robot is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant/Special Projects Manager to join our team and grow with us. Starting with day-to-day office duties, this role includes supporting and empowering senior leadership as we expand our presence both in Canada and the United States.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.
  • Schedule and organize speaking engagements, particularly in the United States, to promote EZ-Robot and its vision.
  • Spearhead special projects, with the potential to develop initiatives with NGOs, philanthropists, and UNESCO.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies focused on building relationships with educators and community organizations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure smooth logistics for both domestic and international trips.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, including workshops, webinars, and educational sessions.

Work Hours

This position typically follows standard office hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Flexibility is required for travel and to accommodate the scheduling of events or meetings in different time zones.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic and passionate about youth, education, and innovative technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to the U.S. for business engagements.
  • Eager to learn and grow with a cutting-edge business, with aspirations to move into business development and community relations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in supporting senior leadership, managing calendars, and handling administrative tasks is an asset.

Additional Information

This role qualifies for Workplace Training funding through the Government of Alberta and is a Full-Time Permanent position.
