Job Overview

Reporting to the Marketing and Customer Care Manager, as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator you will support various marketing and communications functions, including lead tracking and reporting, promotional signage and community events. You also ensure delivery of excellent online chat services to attract prospective home buyers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and managing marketing assets, including photo libraries, logos, templates etc.

• Providing online live chat services and supporting concierge functions as required.

• Supporting coordination and execution of showhome and/or special events to promote specific developments and new project launches.

• Monitoring, auditing and updating B2B and/or B2C web environments for content accuracy, functionality and impacts.

• Coordinating prospect blogs and emails. Establishing, updating and reporting on activity of social media sites, including content management. Staying current on social networking, developing and implementing new ways to enhance applications of technologies.

• Writing, mapping and monitoring communications targeting external audiences.

• Developing and maintaining a general communications program in alignment with community’s needs to keep residents informed.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of marketing and/or communications related experience.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.

• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) and online chat applications (Jivochat or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using customer relationship management systems (HubSpot, Lasso, Salesforce or similar), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Social Media channels (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook) and content management systems is considered an asset.

Work Conditions

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites and work outside of regular business hours may be required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
