Your New Employer

Your new prospective employer is a leading provider of industrial real estate with a portfolio that now spans over 41 million square feet of space. Their aim is to transform the Canadian logistics landscape by providing best-in-class industrial real estate.

Your New Role

As the Property Administrator, you will report to the Senior Property Manager in the day-to-day activities for buildings in the portfolio and assist in completing annual capital projects within budgeted amounts. The role pertains to administrative functions relating to property management and analysis of leases. This is a 1-year contract position, however, it may lead to a permanent position based on performance.

What Sets You Apart

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years' experience in the commercial property management industry, particularly with mid to large-sized portfolios. Experience in industrial property management is considered advantageous.

A Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects without compromising accuracy. Additionally, the candidate should possess exemplary analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with first-class customer service skills.
