Your New Role
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will be at the forefront of the company's sales and marketing operations, driving the strategy and execution that ensures the success of all real estate projects. From overseeing the marketing budgets to leading innovative project launches, you will manage every aspect of the sales and marketing lifecycle. You’ll guide and mentor the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools to meet and exceed performance targets. Your strategic oversight will extend to crafting detailed marketing campaigns, optimizing customer outreach initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with external realtors.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with broader business objectives while fostering a customer-first experience, from initial contact to the closing of sales and beyond. Additionally, you’ll oversee branding consistency across platforms, create impactful promotional materials, and ensure every project embodies the company's vision and quality standards. Whether managing high-pressure launches or handling ongoing marketing adjustments, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and maintaining its reputation in the industry.
What Sets You Apart
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or relevant work experience), with at least 10 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry. You should have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and marketing plans, strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You excel at mentoring, are capable of contributing recommendations on market trends, and are confident in the knowledge you possess of real estate regulations. Additionally, you are a trusted and adaptable individual who enjoys collaborating and recognizes the importance of enjoying what you do.
