A fully integrated real estate company for over 45 years, you will be joining a stable and reputable business who specialize in the management of residential, office and industrial assets. With their Head Office in Markham,the business is looking for an experienced Property Manager for a residential portfolio of well maintained buildings in Scarborough.
Your New Role
As Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of 1,100 residential units in an efficient and effective manner with the highest level of customer service to residents. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the portfolio, the oversight of staff and ensuring all operations are within the standards of safety and customer service.
What Sets You Apart
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property management or a related field, with exposure to portfolios upwards of 1,000 units. You possess a strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act - post-secondary degree in Finance or Business is preferred. An industry designation is highly valued.
You demonstrate strong leadership and change management skills to influence the efforts of your team. You will have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong organizational, and analytical skills. Your approach is warm, friendly and service-oriented, with a firm desire to build long term relationships and solve problems. A competitive spirit will also serve you well.
