Your New Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Vice President and Director of Human Resources, you will play a vital role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring seamless operations. You’ll handle essential administrative duties, from organizing meetings and events—to coordinating every detail from materials and venues to catering—to managing complex calendars and schedules. Additionally, you’ll draft, edit, and manage confidential memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct research that supports strategic decision-making. You will also coordinate travel arrangements and support smooth communication within the HR team.
What Sets You Apart
You bring a minimum of two years of executive-level administrative experience, and previous experience in the real estate industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams is required.
With strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, you excel in managing sensitive information and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
