Your New Role

As Property Administrator, you'll focus on three key areas: tenant services, accounting administration, and office management, all geared towards enhancing the tenant experience and cultivating robust relationships.

Your efforts will be instrumental in achieving seamless portfolio management and timely task execution. Your ability to communicate effectively within property management will be crucial, ensuring a cohesive workflow and maximizing operational efficiency.


You will also provide vital administrative support, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily activities and strategic initiatives. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining high service delivery standards and fostering positive tenant relationships within the organization.

What Sets You Apart

You should have at least three (3) years of relevant experience in property administration or related office experience.

Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as strong proficiency in Excel would be advantageous. Familiarity with property management software like JDE, Yardi, or SAP is also preferred.

A basic understanding of property management terminology, principles, and procedures is essential for navigating day-to-day operations effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by an approachable demeanour that fosters strong relationships with tenants and team members alike.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
