Your New Role

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead national marketing campaigns across a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring that all efforts align with strategic goals. A key responsibility is to oversee the lease-up process, working closely with teams and agencies to guarantee the successful execution of each project. Your role will involve developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive engagement.
