Your New Role

Reporting to Kosei Masutani, a supportive and experienced Director Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in implementing strategic asset management initiatives, working closely with capital projects, property management, and leasing teams. A significant aspect of your position involves crafting and executing business strategies to optimize asset performance. Your responsibilities encompass spearheading leasing and marketing strategies, leveraging market insights to maximize property value, and conducting regular portfolio assessments for essential revisions in asset management plans. Additionally, you'll oversee capital projects, ensuring timely execution and maintaining quality control. Crafting comprehensive board presentations and asset plans, complete with insightful buy/sell/hold recommendations, is also part of your role. You'll also strategically build relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong stakeholder connections.

What Sets You Apart

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years' experience in asset or leasing management and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Urban Development or related field. You have superior communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in French and an MBA or CFA designation would be an asset. Knowledge of Yardi and Argus also considered advantageous. Industrial asset experience is a nice to have, but the team will consider other assets too.
