Your New Role
Reporting to the Director of Property Management, our client is seeking a Property Administrator
to manage daily accounting administration, tenant insurance documentation, account reconciliations, bank deposits, and lease administration inquiries, as well as assist the property manager with budget preparation and monthly and quarterly reporting for a commercial property portfolio.

We are seeking a professional with 4+ years of experience in commercial (office, retail or industrial; residential will not be accepted) property administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounting administration, reporting, leasing review and Yardi.
