They are currently seeking a Manager, Lease Documentation for their team in Calgary.

Your New Role
As the Manager, Lease Documentation, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing leases, lease extension agreements, amending agreements, and landlord consents. You will coordinate with tenants, senior management, and external legal counsel to finalize lease documents, ensuring all changes are properly documented and executed.
Additionally, you will assist with leasing proposals, credit checks, and maintaining accurate electronic records. Your role will also involve supporting the administration team with document tracking, filing, and scanning, as well as contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and providing various property reports.
What Sets You Apart
We are seeking a candidate with 4-6 years of experience in a leasing support role or lease documentation within commercial real estate. A post-secondary education or completion of a Law Clerk program is considered an asset. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
Additionally, the ability to build and maintain solid, respectful relationships both internally and externally is crucial. The role requires someone who can work independently while also being an effective team player.
