Your New Role

As a Resident Manager or Building Manager working in Greater Vancouver or the Fraser Valley, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of one or more existing or newly built residential properties. You will assist the Property Manager with the daily operations of the assigned properties while providing direction to a combination of staff, such as cleaning, security and maintenance personnel. Your responsibilities will also include managing tenant relations, overseeing maintenance requests, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, managing rent collection, addressing maintenance issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property. You will be the primary point of contact for tenant requests ensuring their needs are met while demonstrating exemplary customer service.
