Your New Role

In the role of Property Administrator, you will concentrate on three primary areas: tenant services, accounting administration, and office management, all aimed at improving tenant experiences and building strong relationships.

Your contributions will be key in ensuring smooth portfolio management and prompt task completion. Effective communication within property management will be essential to maintaining a cohesive workflow and optimizing operational efficiency.

You will also provide crucial administrative support, aiding the smooth execution of daily activities and strategic initiatives. Your efforts will be vital in upholding high service standards and fostering positive tenant relationships within the organization.

What Sets You Apart

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in property administration or related office work. They should be proficient in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Experience with property management software such as JDE, Yardi, or SAP is preferred. An understanding of property management terminology, principles, and procedures is essential for effective day-to-day operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with an approachable demeanour that builds strong relationships with tenants and team members. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
