Your New Role

As the Property Administrator, you'll report to the Director of Commercial Property Management, overseeing the day-to-day activities in the portfolio. You'll specialize in tenant services, accounting administration, and office management, while also aiming to enhance the tenant experience and foster strong relationships.

Your role involves serving as a bridge between operations and accounting to ensure smooth portfolio operations and timely tasks completion. Effective communication within property management and operations, along with providing administrative support, will be central to your responsibilities.

What Sets You Apart

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of experience in the commercial property management industry.

A post-secondary education is preferred, or at minimum a high school diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software (or JD Edwards and SAP) is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic setting, adeptly handling numerous projects while maintaining accuracy. They should demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional customer service acumen.
