Your New Role

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing their accounts receivable processes. Your responsibilities will include posting and processing AR journal entries, updating sub-ledgers, issuing rental and chargeback invoices, performing weekly collection calls, and responding to tenant inquiries. You will also prepare lease abstracts, reconcile general ledgers, and assist in the preparation of budgets, tenant statements, and annual reports. Your expertise in AR management will ensure the accuracy and completeness of all transactions, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

What Sets You Apart

You hold a university degree or college diploma in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 2 years in accounts receivables, preferably in real estate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Spectra accounting software are mandatory. You possess a strong understanding of lease agreements for commercial buildings, paired with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
