Your New Role

As the Property Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting two Property Managers, handling client and tenant relations, financial administration, and maintenance coordination. Acting as the primary contact for tenants, contractors, and visitors, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while managing tasks like monthly reporting, accounts receivable, and budget preparation. Your responsibilities will include maintaining tenant records, tracking service requests, coordinating contractor compliance, and assisting with lease administration. With at least 2 years of experience in property management or office administration, your proactive approach, organizational skills, and positive attitude will ensure smooth operations and exceptional service across the portfolio.

What Sets You Apart

The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of relevant experience, a solid grasp of commercial property management basics, and a “can-do” attitude. Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills, along with excellent communication and professionalism, are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, Spectra, SharePoint, Yardi, or Angus is preferred, and a Provincial Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
