Recruitment Consultant – Job Duties
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will assist with full cycle recruitment for a variety of clients, from the identification of potential candidates for our clients through their hire.

• Sourcing candidates using various software platforms, leveraging market resources and your own recruitment expertise.
• Performance of a thorough initial candidate phone interview, documenting all relevant information as well as value-added insights for presentation to client.
• Assistance with candidate offer letter, processing of background check and coordinating of other screenings, as needed, including providing recommendations to clients.
• Support client recruitment efforts by providing coaching and consulting to clients including developing client interview guides, provide interview coaching to clients, periodic check-ins and assistance with onboarding.
• Utilize internal ATS platform for all phases of search and documentation.

A successful Recruitment Consultant is someone with very strong writing skills who is able to interview a candidate and document the interview concurrently, operate in a rapid environment – you may work on 4 to 5 client projects in any given day – and has foundational recruitment experience.

• Prior experience in a recruitment role (corporate, agency or both)
• Customer-service focused – our business model is not a “traditional” model
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
