Position: B2B Sales Closer (Full Commission)
Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated cold calling B2B sales closer to join our team on a fully remote, full commission basis. With a generous 20% commission pay structure, you have the potential to earn between $10,000-$20,000 per month or more, depending on your sales performance.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and drive results. You will be responsible for closing sales deals with prospective clients, with a target of securing 25 accounts. Once these 25 accounts are onboarded, there will be recurring payments for those accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Close sales deals with potential clients, earning a competitive 20% commission for each successfully closed account.
- Recorded calls thru CRM
- Weekly conference ( once a week )
- Maintain a minimum of 3 new accounts monthly.
? Scrape own leads and cold call
- Conduct outreach by making calls daily to prospective clients.
- Efficiently utilize CRM software to track prospects and input relevant account information.
- Organize addresses and locations in documentation for streamlined management.
- Document unit quantities and match locations with suppliers and buyers for proximity and ease.
- Schedule appointments with Operations Managers when necessary.
- Record all managed accounts in the CRM system "CLOSE."
Bonus Structure:
- Earn a $5,000 bonus upon successfully closing all 25 accounts within 120 days.
