Client Success Manager

Reports to: Director of Client Success

Location: Remote (Full-Time)

 

Overview

 

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a key role in ensuring Medzown’s

clients achieve measurable success and satisfaction with our solution. Reporting

directly to the Director of Client Success, this role supports both day-to-day client

relationship management and implementation activities across our benefits

technology platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits technology—preferably within

healthcare benefits—and a working understanding of clinical workflows or

terminology. You will partner closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to

ensure seamless onboarding, optimize utilization, and deliver an exceptional client

experience from implementation through renewal.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear

communication and alignment throughout all phases of the client journey.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Understand each client’s business objectives, success metrics, and

operational challenges to help drive meaningful outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Client Success to develop and execute

engagement plans that promote client satisfaction and retention.

Implementation & Adoption Support

  • Partner with implementation teams to ensure timely, accurate, and successful

client onboarding.

  • Translate technical and operational processes into client-friendly

communication.

  • Monitor adoption and utilization metrics post-launch, identifying opportunities

for improvement or additional support.

  • Work with clients to ensure successful integration of Medzown solutions within

their benefits and clinical workflows.

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as an escalation point for day-to-day client issues, coordinating across

internal teams (Clinical, Product, and Marketing) for resolution.

  • Track and document client feedback, identifying recurring themes or needs to

share with leadership and product teams.

  • Support process improvements that enhance client experience and streamline

service delivery.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client

engagement, utilization, and satisfaction.

  • Provide regular status updates to the Director of Client Success and

participate in client review meetings as needed.

  • Leverage CRM and reporting tools to maintain accurate, up-to-date client

records and activity logs.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a

related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client

implementation, ideally within benefits technology, healthcare benefits

administration, or health tech.

  • Familiarity with healthcare data, clinical terminology, or patient engagement

workflows preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with both technical

and non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities in a

fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using CRM platforms and proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into

actionable insights.

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a focus on execution and

follow-through.
