Amazon Marketplace Manager

We are hiring an Amazon Marketplace Manager for a thriving nationwide clothing company and one of the top #100 Amazon retailers. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Amazon, and proven experience driving revenue through this channel. You will be hands-on in the execution of all campaigns, while also building out a team to support the growth of the program. This position will report to the Director of E-Commerce.

What you will do:

  • Launching participating brands on Amazon with product selection, product visibility, and overall Amazon strategy
  • Supporting Leadership in the development of the Marketplace program and building operational processes for the Marketplace team
  • Consulting with brand partners on the Marketplace program
  • Implementing overall Amazon strategies and best practices
  • Monitoring operational performance on Amazon and identifying areas for improvement
  • Monitoring overall account health, performance, and directly resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain MAP, accuracy, integrity, and quality of Product Detail Pages
  • Implementing and advising on Amazon promotions, coupons, and lightning deals
  • Directly reporting account health, product performance, sales, competitive listings, and developing action plans to improve results

What you need:

  • 2+ years of experience consulting/managing Amazon accounts
  • Working experience of vendor and seller central
  • Understanding of overall profitability on Amazon (seller categories, fulfillment methods, etc)
  • Experience in Amazon Advertising which includes keyword research, campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, reporting, and analyses & knowledge of the different ad types
  • An understanding and experience with optimizing product detail pages including titles, key features & enhanced brand content/A+ content.
  • Experience building an Amazon brand store
  • Knowledge about Amazon display and how it affects the purchasing funnel
  • An understanding of Amazon account operations, logistics, and the fees that may be associated with them
  • Microsoft Excel: Basic - Intermediate knowledge of formulas/formatting: VLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH/SUM/COUNT/IF/Pivot Tables/Conditional Formatting/Text to Columns
  • Experience with Channel Advisor (or similar feed management services) is a plus
