Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk – Temporary - 19 weeks at 30 hours a week and 4 days per week. April 14th- August 31st
Schedule:
Monday Tuesday: 8am – 5pm, Wednesday: 8am – 6pm, Friday: 9am - 2pm. No Thursdays.
Location: Philadelphia, PA Area

Job Responsibilities Include:
Dentamax practice management is practice management software.
It’s going to be limited to patient interaction/receptionist type tasks.
Needs to be a front office receptionist skillset only but it is an active practice that takes PPO insurance.
Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing a positive first impression of our practice
Schedule appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and maintain accurate patient records
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing helpful and accurate information
Verify insurance coverage, collect patient information, and process payments
Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow
Handle patient concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Type of patient schedule and prepare charts for next day
Requirements:
Excellent verbal skills
Dental computer software experience
Education - Must be computer literate; Must have an ability to use a computer effectively
