Sales Development Representative

 

As you know, the pet industry is booming! What we won't  do for our pets is limitless.

Our client has created a really cool app! Rated #12 by the Apple App Store! They are providing digital solutions for client communications and digital payments for veterinary clinics. Product includes role-based text chat, video consulting, appointment booking, push notification campaigns and digital payments.

They are coming to the Minneapolis area to build out their US Sales HQ! You will work closely with the CEO and help grow the sales HQ in 2021.

You must be comfortable with managing accounts from the very first stages of prospecting, through qualifying, to closing contracts. You should be equally happy hunting for leads and delivering demonstrations to new prospects.

 

 

Entrepreneurially minded, you will thrive on the extent of the opportunity and be well placed for rapid progression.

As a SDR, you will:

• Use demand generation/prospecting tools to create pipeline

• Convert marketing-qualified leads to demos

• Deliver product demonstrations

• Build our sales playbook

• Nurture deals from prospect to close

 

Qualifications

  • • 3-7 years in sales – prefer SaaS sales
  • • You consistently exceed your quota
  • • You are comfortable both closing and prospecting
  • • You have a high tolerance for ambiguity and understand the risk-reward of startup life
  • • You are a team player with leadership skills and want to be part of a startup!

In 1992, Barbara established the information technology recruiting arm of a small biotech recruiting firm. The owner entrusted Barbara to build the business and train all their recruiters as the business expanded. The technology recruiting arm became so valuable that the biotech division closed and put 100% of its efforts into technology recruiting. The IT recruiting division had grown from one employee to 100+ clients and 12 employees.
