HR Transformation Strategy Consulting Senior Manager

Do you work in digital HR? Do you want to share your strategy in the workforce of the future to help other companies achieve their goals? We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience who can build operating models, model design, architect value and understand analytics.

As a HR  Transformation Strategy Sr. Manager, you will transform client’s corporate strategies, make strategic decisions, structure effective business and operating models, and transform their businesses in an effort to grow their business while maintaining or reducing costs. You will assess business performance, simplify business processes, and solve complex business problems.

You will also apply your deep technology strategy, operating model design skills to influence clients through your technology insight. You will maximize existing technology investments all while looking at the strategy for the future of their workforce. Your strategic design will influence the C suite to transform their technology to achieve operational excellence.


At this time there is no travel, but the future is unknown as to how much and when travel will resume. Please expect some kind of travel in the future. 0-75% travel is possible in the future.


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • HR Assessment
    • HR Operational Model Design
    • HR Organizational Design
    • HR / People Analytics
    • HR Strategy & Program Design
    • HR Service Delivery Design
    • Workforce Experience / Employee Experience
  • Minimum of 8- 9 years of external or internal consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with designing and leading HR Transformation programs, which may include HR operating model, service delivery, or new HR programs and solutions
  • Experience using Design Thinking to facilitate experience led approaches to shape HR Transformation journeys

Bonus points if:

  • MBA or similar graduate-level degree
  • Background in individual and/or organizational psychology, HR, behavioral science or clinical psychology
  • Strong organization and workforce analytics skills (e.g., individual and organizational assessments)
  • Experience with using a scientific approach (i.e., hypothesis, test, measure, iterate) to test behavior change initiatives
  • Proficiency with data visualization applications (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
