We are seeking Oracle Financials Cloud Sr. Consultants with an emphasis in the Western USA, although we will consider candidates anywhere in the USA from major cities. Candidates must be US Citizens or green card holders. All candidates must be willing to travel 75% weekly and nationally.

Here is what you will need to move forward:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of related work experience in Cloud implementations – particularly Oracle Financials Cloud
  • 5-7 years of experience working with software configuration and ERP implementations of cloud software
  • Cloud Certification desired (not required)
  • Proven track record in system implementation for one or more of the following Oracle Financial Applications: GL, AP, Payments AR, fixed assets, Cash Management, Treasury, Procurement, Project Costing/Billing/Resource Management/Oracle Time and Labor, and OR Property Manager Applications.
  • 1-3 FLC implementations in any of the above (at least one in Cloud)
  • Familiarity Oracle methodologies
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills and client service and technical writing skills
  • Must have strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
  • Must be comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues
  • Must be willing to commit to 70-90% travel weekly and nationally

We have immediate needs and the strongest consideration will be given to candidate who have previous professional services consulting expertise from a nationally known consulting firm.

In 1992, Barbara established the information technology recruiting arm of a small biotech recruiting firm. The owner entrusted Barbara to build the business and train all their recruiters as the business expanded. The technology recruiting arm became so valuable that the biotech division closed and put 100% of its efforts into technology recruiting. The IT recruiting division had grown from one employee to 100+ clients and 12 employees.
