Senior Manager – Talent Transformation Strategist
You will work with c-suite clients to craft talent strategies that leverage insights that highlight future skills implications for the enterprise, business function and workforce. Work with c-suite clients to design Transformational Change Strategies to support the implementation of the new Talent and Learning Roadmap, organizational designs, and initiatives. As a Senior Manager, you have demonstrated experience at building c-suite conversations to leading the best teams to solve complex transformational challenges. Working with c-suite leaders to co-create learning and talent operating models and functions to achieve the benefits of digital capabilities.
You will be leading and driving client engagements using analytics to drive insights and design end to end Talent and Learning Transformation Programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions.
You are at the forefront of connecting business and talent strategies at a global scale.
You explore your client’s workforces to help them pivot and prepare their workforces for future work, roles, and skills to enable and sustain their objectives.
You do this based on insights. You create digital experiences employees love. You help the client grow great, forward-thinking leaders. Your approach puts you at the front of the pack for talent, HR and organizational consulting.
You will work with clients to help them with up-skilling, talent strategy, leadership development, employee experience, transformational change management and beyond.
You are the experts in talent strategies and new skills using you AI and analytics knowledge. Your clear communications skills help clients understand their choices.
You will lead engagements to design data collection and assessment approaches to identify future skills, gaps and resulting pathways for organizations and individuals.
Travel: At this time there is no travel. However, do expect travel from 25%-75% once the pandemic is lifted.

The IT recruiting division had grown from one employee to 100+ clients and 12 employees.
