Oracle Cloud HCM - Healthcare

We are seeking Oracle Cloud skills for our global client. We are seeking deep knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM in the healthcare industry.  All locations in the United States are acceptable!

 

A career within the Oracle Cloud Services Practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology and business goals.

 

We have all levels open including Consultant, Sr. Consultant, Manager, Sr. Manager and Director! Immediate needs.

Qualifications Required

4-10 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Cloud HCM applications such as: core HR, Benefits, Payroll/T&L, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, etc.

• Must have of at least 1 FLC Oracle Cloud HCM implementation project.

• Demonstrated experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, participating in fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

• Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.

• Limited travel, due to COVID-19, until further notice.

In 1992, Barbara established the information technology recruiting arm of a small biotech recruiting firm. The owner entrusted Barbara to build the business and train all their recruiters as the business expanded. The technology recruiting arm became so valuable that the biotech division closed and put 100% of its efforts into technology recruiting. The IT recruiting division had grown from one employee to 100+ clients and 12 employees.
