We are looking for Oracle GRC Specialist.  Your responsibility will be delivering application security. You will manage business process controls, implementations, as well as assessment, design, and support of application Security Profiles, Roles and Permission.

The work:
You will mitigate risks, streamline processes, and find operational inefficiencies. You will assist clients in understanding and challenging their current risk profiles and develop strategies to build digital confidence by embracing opportunities to stay competitive through building trust and resilience into their technology systems. You will cover a wide range of disciplines, including risk evaluation, operational and strategic Information Technology processes, project governance, application implementation, data integrity, cyber security, and accounting/audit.

Here is what you’ll need:

 2-4 year(s) of Oracle controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing

Able to demonstrates understanding of business processes related to core Oracle and Oracle GRC modules

experience with industry-specific modules/products, with an emphasis on a proven record of success configuring and implementing within Oracle GRC environments

Able to demonstrate skills and or a proven record with identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships, as well as identifying additional new service opportunities and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and billing

Prefer experience in a professional services firm or large enterprise as a consultant, auditor or business process specialist

The owner entrusted Barbara to build the business and train all their recruiters as the business expanded. The technology recruiting arm became so valuable that the biotech division closed and put 100% of its efforts into technology recruiting. The IT recruiting division had grown from one employee to 100+ clients and 12 employees.
