Senior Delivery Lead/Solution Architect - Remote

Travel: 10%

As a Senior Delivery Lead/ Solution Architect with a Salesforce Practice, you will lead a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions to clients within the Salesforce product suite and associated AppExchange partners.


  • Work with mid-market clients and team to understand, define business requirements and design appropriate Salesforce Solution
  • Lead a team of 3 to 4 consultants to find a solution that will map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
  • Complete the configuration and development of system functionality within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet business needs
  • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
  • Provide input and support of project plan and proposal development

Skills/Experience Preferred:

  • Ability to translate strategy and business objectives into technical requirements and system functionality
  • 2 or more Salesforce Could Certifications
  • At least 7 years of experience managing external client projects in a functional consulting capacity
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Products, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls including full cycle implementations
  • Detail oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Leader and Team player with strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
