We are looking for a new team member to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role you must be able to ensure that our clients are receiving the best solutions for their needs, accounting for margins, efficiency, vendor relationships, and quality assurance. This role is accountable for tracking, reporting, quoting, and follow up. Being highly attentive, solutions minded, and having outstanding communication skills are all critical to the success of this role.

This person is responsible for a wide range of tasks so they must be flexible and adaptable. Having strong problem-solving skills, being able to keep up with quickly changing needs, and an excellent attention to detail are highly desired. The ideal candidate for this role would be able to take initiative, be tech savvy, be great with numbers/calculations, and have excellent people skills.

Duties & Skills Include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain solid professional relationships with vendors, negotiate for cost-effective services, and support them with operational processes.
  • Research and quote transportation costs.
  • Ensure carrier performance and event compliance
  • Identify and prioritize problems, and make suggestions to correct the situation
  • Develop and execute timely resolutions to transit delays
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Required Experience:

  • Must have strong background customer service experience
  • Any experience with logistics, shipping, project management experience is highly desired
  • Administrative, Office Management or Organizational Management Experience preferred
  • Must have strong computer skills, be tech savvy

Hours & Compensation:

Monday – Friday, 6:30am - 4pm

Salary - $43,000 - $47,000 depending on experience, with room to grow, Health Benefits, Paid Time Off, opportunities for raises and bonuses.
