A real estate team, in downtown Castle Rock, is seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic professional to be their new Transaction & Marketing Coordinator. This is an upbeat and proactive group that works hard, but we support each other and have a great working environment.
Purpose: To provide support in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to keep a small group of agents operating at a high level (in terms of productivity and excellence), with an eye for detail and improving processes.
Position: Support will likely involve working in many facets, including Marketing, Transactions, and agent support. Some examples of this are coordinating the launch of homes onto the market, complete responsibility of a real estate transaction from under contract to closing, generating customized client reports, database management, generating Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), attending meetings, evaluating and improving current processes, miscellaneous personal assistant tasks, and managing projects.
Qualifications: The right person for this position is upbeat with a great, helpful attitude, is reliable, efficient, detail-oriented, and can communicate professionally with superior people skills. They are coachable, eager to help in any request, but also able to self-manage, prioritize, take initiative and recognize opportunities to assist. One or more years of experience in the real estate industry or as a real estate assistant are required. Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite is necessary and experience with CTM eContracts and REColorado’s MLS system are preferred. Proficiency with Mac computer would be a bonus.
