Our fast growing NOLA based printing company is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position would start as a Customer Service Rep, but has room for growth into a lead CSR, with supervisor potential. We are a stable and fast paced organization that takes pride in providing high quality services and products with exemplary customer service.

This position will be responsible for sales growth and customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently, but also within a team environment. This person will be an upbeat, people-person who excels at providing top-notch customer service and delivering quality results. The ideal candidate possess a can-do attitude, and should have fantastic communication skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and consistently provide exemplary customer service to our clients. This candidate will be self-motivated with the drive to succeed and professional demeanor.

DUTIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

- Customer Service

- Reaching Daily and Monthly sales metrics

- Taking print/design/direct mail/signage orders for clients

- Creating estimates & job tickets

- Managing customer support in person, over the phone and via email

- Completing print, design and signage orders

- Managing quality control

- Preparing completed orders for delivery

- Organizing orders and supplies

- Customer order delivery

 

DESIRED SKILLS, TRAITS AND EXPERIENCE:

- College graduate, required

- Customer Service Experience, strongly preferred

- Professionalism

- Excellent Communication Skills, excellent grammar and written communication skills are a must

- Self Starter

- Outstanding Attention to Detail

- Computer Savvy, Tech Savvy

- Strong Organization Skills

- Positive Attitude & Flexibility

HOURS:

Full Time, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:30pm at our Harahan Location.

 

PAY AND BENEFITS:

Compensation starts at $15 - $17/hr depending on experience, with frequent opportunity for raises and promotions. Benefits include Medical, Dental and Retirement.
