A long established home furnishing company based in Southeast Denver (I-25 & Evans) is seeking a dynamic and highly customer-oriented Office Administrator to join the team! This is an opportunity for an upbeat, organized, and proactive person to support the administrative needs of a small but busy team.

The Office Admin will be the first point of contact for customers and will also be an integral part of working behind the scenes to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

An ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of administrative and/or office management experience in a professional environment. Experience in the industry is not required. Most importantly, you must be someone that truly goes the extra mile to provide top-notch service to customers.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering phones

  • Manage office systems, including copiers, phone systems, etc.

  • Provide general office management (organizing, filing, scanning, ordering supplies, sorting and managing mail, accepting vendor deliveries, etc.)

  • Input data into systems

  • Light accounting duties

  • Work to ensure customers’ products are delivered on time

  • Assist with setting up appointments for installers

  • Assist with other projects, errands, and duties as needed

EXPERIENCE, TRAITS, & SKILLS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 2-3+ years of customer service experience

  • 2-3+ years of office management and/or administrative experience in a professional setting

  • Highly professional

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create spreadsheets is a plus

  • Basic accounting skills is a plus

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong attention to detail and solid organization skills

  • Upbeat, positive, and proactive

PAY & OTHER DETAILS:

This is a full-time position that pays $36k-$48k+/year (depending on experience). We also offer paid holidays and paid vacation.

Hours are M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm
